Training Specialist

About the role

The Training Specialist will support the Commercial team by identifying learning needs, designing training materials, and delivering effective courses that help restaurant partners succeed on the 99food platform.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with frontline sales teams and managers to uncover competency gaps through interviews, performance data reviews, surveys and other methods.
• Produce standardized demand analysis reports that guide the design and adjustment of training programs.
• Develop complete courseware, case studies and practical manuals for core topics such as SaaS product knowledge, basic sales techniques and local business etiquette.
• Continuously refine training content based on business updates and feedback on training effectiveness.
• Maintain a reusable library of training materials for future use.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable training insights.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with sales staff and management.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and manage multiple training projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven commercial environment.
