Training Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

The Training Specialist will support the Commercial team by identifying learning needs, designing curriculum, and delivering training that empowers our sales force to acquire and retain restaurant partners across São Paulo.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively gather training demand through interviews, performance data analysis, surveys and other methods, producing standardized demand analysis reports.
• Design and develop courseware, case studies and practical manuals for core topics such as SaaS product knowledge, introductory sales techniques and local business etiquette.
• Continuously optimize training materials based on business updates and feedback on training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Product teams to ensure training aligns with data‑driven targeting and onboarding processes.
• Monitor training outcomes and adjust programs to improve competency and performance.

• Experience in needs analysis, curriculum design and delivery for commercial or sales audiences.
