Travel Consultant – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to help train AI chat‑bots. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating and evaluating bilingual (English‑Portuguese) conversations to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI chat‑bots in English and Portuguese, providing diverse and complex dialogue scenarios.
• Write original conversation scripts that teach the bots appropriate responses.
• Assess the quality of the bots’ outputs for correctness, relevance and overall performance.
• Report findings and suggest improvements to the AI development team.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Portuguese with expert‑level writing and editing abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to evaluate nuanced language output.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
