Traveller Support Agent - Trilingual French, English and Spanish Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Traveller Support Agent who is fluent in French, English and Spanish to provide real‑time assistance to international travelers. The position is fully remote within Brazil and focuses on delivering high‑quality, empathetic support throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time assistance to travelers, handling requests, changes, and unexpected situations.
• Deliver support across French, English and Spanish communication channels.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and empathy.
• Use CRM and operational tools to track interactions, update cases and ensure follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex travel‑related issues.
• Escalate urgent or complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain clear, professional communication at all customer touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer support, hospitality or travel.
• Fluency in French, English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills, high empathy and cultural awareness.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Organizational autonomy and adaptability to remote work.
• Availability for flexible working hours based on operational needs.
