UI/UX Tech Lead (React) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Tech Lead to drive the design and implementation of user interfaces for a clean‑energy platform. The role is fully remote, supporting a LAT‑America‑based team and a renewable‑energy client.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the client’s UX Architect to evolve the design system and ensure cross‑product consistency.
• Lead and coordinate a distributed pool of UI engineers across multiple product streams.
• Govern the design system, promote component reuse, and maintain high‑quality UI implementations.
• Review and approve UI code, prototypes, and interaction designs to meet elite usability and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and PM teams to translate complex UX visions into implementable solutions.
• Mentor junior UI developers and designers, fostering technical excellence.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of experience in UX/UI design or senior frontend engineering.
• Proven track record leading remote, Agile teams.
• Fluent English for daily technical communication.
