Uniforms Manager

About the role

The Uniforms Manager will lead the planning and operational delivery of FIFA27’s corporate Business Casual uniform and the dedicated uniform programmes for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. Reporting to the Workforce, People & Culture department, the role ensures all workforce and volunteers receive the correct attire in line with FIFA’s uniform strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage the FWWC2027 uniform programme, from issuance to distribution for staff and volunteers.
• Guarantee that every FIFA27 employee receives uniform according to the entitlement and usage matrix.
• Collaborate with FIFA Zurich, Workforce Planning, Volunteer Management, Host City Management, Logistics, Accreditation and Partnership Rights teams.
• Design the full project plan, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Set up operational processes, systems, and distribution centres; contract local suppliers.
• Oversee the uniform budget, produce forecasts and manage financial reporting for events such as the FWWC2027 Draw.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring compliance with framework agreements.
• Recruit, train and lead the uniforms team, including volunteers, to maintain consistent service levels.
• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory before and during the tournament.
• Communicate and enforce FIFA27 Uniform Guidelines and Usage Policy across all events.
• Plan uniform distribution for additional tournament events and coordinate with non‑entitled suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in uniform management, preferably within large‑scale sports events or corporate settings.
• Proven people‑management skills with the ability to motivate and achieve results through teams.
• Strong knowledge of event planning and project‑management processes.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
