About the role
MICLA is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Engineer or Graduate to work as Resident Engineer at a major MICLA customer's vehicle manufacturing plant in Sete Lagoas, Brazil. The role supports vehicle diagnostic activities, EOL engineering support, software flashing and troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
- Program and flash electronic controllers
- Support diagnosis and problem solving when issues arise
- Collaborate on EOL process improvement with the manufacturing plant references
- Support manufacturing staff in the plant while building prototype vehicles
- Report project status to the vehicle product development department
- Use engineering tools for prototypes during development and validation phases, and official EOL tools for production vehicles
- Manage new content that can affect vehicles, analysing root causes and effects
Required profile
- Engineer or graduate
- Dynamic and enthusiastic attitude
Required skills
- Use of a CAN bus analyzer with J1939 option
