Video Producer (TRO) – Digital Storytelling

About the role

We are seeking a creative Video Producer (TRO) to join our fast‑paced digital media team in Brazil. You will craft compelling visual stories from news, entertainment and lifestyle content, delivering short‑form and long‑form videos that engage audiences across social and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality video content from concept through final delivery, ensuring strong storytelling and visual consistency.
• Review raw footage, identify key moments, and edit narratives with effective pacing and audience retention.
• Collaborate with writers, editors and social media teams to adapt stories into visual formats.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, subtitles, B‑roll, music, transitions and visual effects.
• Maintain organized video assets, project files and production workflows.
• Deliver polished content within tight deadlines, including breaking news cycles and major events.
• Monitor platform trends and audience behavior to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional video production experience, preferably in digital media, entertainment, journalism or publishing.
• Strong visual storytelling sense, composition, pacing and audience‑engagement techniques.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of After Effects.
• Familiarity with CapCut or similar editing tools.
