VIP Account Manager

About the role

Gamdom is seeking a proactive VIP Account Manager to serve its high‑value players. You will be the main liaison for VIP customers, delivering personalized service and helping shape exclusive experiences that keep our community engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP players across Intercom, Discord, and email, handling inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop, launch, and manage loyalty programmes, promotions and rewards aligned with individual player preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to design exclusive offers and experiences for VIP members.
• Analyse player behaviour and performance data to spot trends and refine engagement strategies.
• Identify potential issues early and resolve them efficiently to maintain player trust and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑focused role, ideally within iGaming or online gaming.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to high‑quality customer service.
• Excellent organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
