Warehouse Assistant (Auxiliar de Almoxarifado)

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY BRASIL LTDA is looking for a full-time Warehouse Assistant in Blumenau, Santa Catarina. The role involves receiving materials delivered by suppliers, checking invoices against orders and inspecting quantities visually, under the supervision of a senior professional who guides the learning curve. It is not a remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Receive materials delivered by suppliers, check invoices against orders, verify quantities and carry out visual inspection.
• Organize storage so that materials stay intact and easy to locate and handle, according to each material's characteristics.
• Maintain stock controls through proper records of all entries and exits, to help replenishment and inventory.
• Request material replenishment when needed, following minimum stock level policies.
• Prepare monthly inventory to compare with recorded data.
• Control stock levels and request purchases in line with established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external norms, procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Complete secondary education (Ensino Médio Completo).
• Intermediate knowledge of the Office package.
• Knowledge of issuing invoices (lançamento de notas fiscais).
