Web Developer & SEO Specialist

About the role

This fully remote position is for a Web Developer & SEO Specialist based in Brazil. You will own the company’s web presence, building and optimizing a high‑performance website that drives organic growth and conversions. The role combines hands‑on web development with advanced SEO strategies within a collaborative marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain a responsive, conversion‑focused website from design mockups using Webflow or WordPress.
• Create and manage practice area pages, landing pages, blog templates, and other CMS content.
• Continuously improve site speed, accessibility, security, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO performance.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives such as site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, redirects, XML sitemaps, and structured data.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize on‑page content following E‑E‑A‑T and YMYL guidelines.
• Manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile optimization and local citations.
• Support link‑building and digital PR to increase domain authority.
• Run CRO experiments to improve forms, call paths, and user journeys.
• Monitor performance with GA4, Google Search Console, rank tracking, and lead analytics, translating insights into growth strategies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of combined web development and SEO experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven ability to independently manage website launches, migrations, and ongoing maintenance.
• Experience working with U.S.‑based clients is a plus.
