Workforce Planning & Operations Coordinator

About the role
The Workforce Planning & Operations Coordinator will work with FIFA's Workforce Management team in Zurich and the local FIFA subsidiary in Brazil to ensure the right talent is in place for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. This role supports both strategic planning and day‑to‑day operational delivery of workforce activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in implementing workforce planning and operations for the Women’s World Cup 2027.
- Coordinate planning activities across all workforce types, including paid staff, freelancers, tournament‑time hires and secondees.
- Maintain the centralised headcount tracker and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide administrative support for workforce categories, entitlements, budgets and timelines.
- Support on‑site operational workforce plans, including space, equipment and staffing requirements.
- Document and maintain workforce policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
- Facilitate communication between workforce teams, HR and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Required profile
- Experience with workforce planning, operations or related HR functions.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with international and local teams.
- Attention to detail in data management and reporting.
