Business Head – Brazil (P&L Leadership)

About the role

Aurassure is seeking a Business Head for Brazil to lead the company’s expansion in the climate‑tech market. Reporting to the global leadership team, you will own the full P&L, drive sales, and build strategic partnerships to scale operations across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow Aurassure Brazil with full profit‑and‑loss ownership.
• Drive direct sales and business development, closing enterprise and government contracts.
• Execute a robust go‑to‑market strategy to increase market share and revenue.
• Forge strategic partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders.
• Build, manage, and inspire a high‑performance local team.
• Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency.
• Maintain clear communication with headquarters and align on strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years in senior leadership roles (CXO/VP/GM), preferably in climate, technology, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to build and scale startups or business units; ex‑founder experience highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen across operations, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel for early‑stage US business development and eventual relocation to the US.
