About the role

Join the Digital Communications team in São Paulo and help shape how the company engages with online communities. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift quickly and execution quality matters, turning social sentiment into smart communication actions.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and drive execution of multiple parallel workstreams, timelines and dependencies, ensuring clear next steps and follow‑through.
• Monitor social platforms and online communities to identify sentiment, patterns and early engagement opportunities.
• Partner proactively with cross‑functional stakeholders, anticipate needs, push initiatives forward and ensure decisions and deliverables are achieved.
• Maintain a strong operating rhythm by establishing simple routines, clear documentation and ownership of tasks.
• Contribute creative communication thinking, supporting narrative and format choices that resonate in social environments.
