Country Manager – Brazil

About the role

Rapiboy is a technology startup transforming logistics across Latin America. We are seeking a Country Manager to lead our Brazil operations, taking full ownership of the P&L, growth strategy and team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall business performance in Brazil, including profit and loss management.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for grocery, restaurant and e‑commerce delivery services.
• Build, scale and lead a high‑performing local team and operational processes.
• Navigate Brazil’s regulatory, operational and cultural landscape to ensure compliance and market fit.
• Report directly to the senior leadership team and make autonomous decisions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience leading a business, unit or country, preferably in delivery, last‑mile logistics, food‑tech, marketplaces or consumer goods.
• Proven full P&L management experience.
• Track record of building and scaling teams and operations from early stages.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong bias to action.
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian market, its regulations and culture.
• Native or fluent Portuguese and intermediate‑advanced Spanish/English.
• Willingness to be based in Brazil and travel domestically.
