Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist

About the role

As a Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist, you’ll play an integral part in the overall quality and regulatory integrity of creative output across the Healthcare division, serving as the quality and compliance checkpoint within the creative production workflow. You will review ads, landing pages, emails, social content, and video for MLR regulatory compliance, brand and design standards, and copy accuracy, while managing Veeva Vault PromoMats submission packages.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑submission compliance QA: review all creative assets against MLR requirements (claims accuracy, fair balance, ISI placement, reference linking) before they enter client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review.
• Post‑approval launch QA: final proof of approved assets before they go live, ensuring no production errors.
• Operate Veeva Vault PromoMats: annotate assets, manage claims, track references, and package 2253 filings.
• Enforce brand and design standards across all healthcare deliverables.
• Maintain creative workflow coordination: update Asana boards, track deliverables, manage feedback cycles, and traffic tasks between creative teams and client points of contact.

Required profile

• 4+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production with direct exposure to MLR review workflows.
• Strong understanding of FDA OPDP guidance, 21 CFR 202, fair‑balance, ISI placement, and 2253 filing requirements.
• Experience using Veeva Vault PromoMats (annotation, claims management, submission tracking) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Asana or comparable project‑management platforms.
• Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback on creative work in a fast‑paced agency environment.
