TikTok Shop Growth Strategist

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a TikTok Shop Growth Strategist to drive revenue and optimize social commerce initiatives for its clients. The role combines affiliate management, data‑driven reporting, and AI‑enhanced processes to maximize partnership profitability across TikTok, Meta and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies, including daily outreach through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
• Manage affiliate messaging systems and Discord communities to foster ongoing partnerships.
• Set up and continuously optimize social shops on TikTok and Meta to improve conversions and revenue.
• Track and report key metrics such as GMV, response rate, and program growth, providing commission strategies and profitability analysis.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, delivering performance insights, recommendations, and regular updates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media, preferably agency‑based, with a proven track record managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data, develop forecasts, and make data‑driven optimization decisions.
• Proactive knowledge of current platform algorithms, trends, and TikTok Shop Seller Center tools.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently while delivering high‑quality results.
