Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and performance‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute integrated digital campaigns that boost brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement and retention. The role works closely with Branding, CRM, Social Media, Product and Commercial teams to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align integrated digital marketing strategies with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Plan, coordinate and launch campaigns across Paid Media, Social Media, CRM, SEO, Influencer, Affiliate and Content Marketing.
• Build go‑to‑market plans for product launches and major initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance, managing media plans, budgets and calendars.
• Partner with CRM and Product teams to improve acquisition, activation, engagement and retention through audience segmentation and journey optimization.
• Track competitor activity, market trends and emerging digital opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing, media planning or marketing strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Fluent Portuguese and professional English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in São Paulo.
• Experience managing campaign budgets and media planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
