About the role
This senior position leads client operations across Brazil, ensuring operational excellence, high client satisfaction, and seamless collaboration between customers, Customer Success, and Product teams. You will act as a strategic bridge, turning operational insights into measurable business improvements in a fast‑paced global environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee client operations in Brazil, maintaining high standards of performance and support quality.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve complex operational issues while anticipating risks for strategic accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, aligning priorities and ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration.
- Transform operational incidents and customer feedback into continuous process and product improvements.
- Promote a data‑driven culture by monitoring KPIs, diagnosing root causes, and implementing structured solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and executive stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.
- Contribute to scalability initiatives, client experience strategies, and operational process evolution.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client operations, customer support, or related operational leadership roles within B2B or technology‑driven environments.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence executives, cross‑functional teams, and strategic clients.
- Experience managing teams and overseeing operational performance in complex, fast‑paced settings.
- Advanced English proficiency for daily interaction with global stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
