FBS Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, results‑driven Program Manager to lead high‑impact initiatives for one of the United States' largest insurers. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and requires turning business initiatives into operational success in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver large‑scale projects while managing risk, quality, change, dependencies, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate work across multiple suppliers for sub‑projects and ensure issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business units to define critical needs, allocate resources, and evaluate work requests.
• Develop work orders, review supplier cost estimates, and monitor project performance.
• Sign off deliverables, conduct internal closeouts, and lead post‑implementation reviews.
• Liaise with Application Architecture teams, ISPs, and third‑party vendors as needed.
• Act as administrative manager for retained staff, including Business Analysts and SMEs.
• Oversee multiple projects/programs simultaneously, monitor SLAs, and manage escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with customer experience, transformation, and agency environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex business and technology projects.
• Experience with IT governance frameworks and aligning IT strategy with business goals.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Strategic mindset with resilience in ambiguous, fast‑changing settings.
• High emotional intelligence, conflict‑management, and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
