Finance Manager – ERP & Project Administration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting and ERP‑driven finance processes in Brazil. The successful candidate will own full financial administration, provide senior leadership with clear insights, and drive ERP system changes or implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow and working‑capital monitoring.
• Analyze business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax rules, IFRS and internal policies.
• Manage complete financial administration and supervise finance team members.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors and external stakeholders.
• Improve finance processes, controls, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support or lead ERP system changes, upgrades or implementation projects.
• Work with IT and external consultants to map finance processes, support data migration, reconciliation, testing and validation.
• Lead finance UAT to ensure correct reporting and transaction processing.
• Train finance users on new ERP processes and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities for automation, control improvement and better reporting.

Required profile

• Strong background as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash‑flow and performance analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP implementation, upgrade or finance system change.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and Brazilian legislation.
• Knowledge of project administration and ability to work in a project‑oriented environment.
• English language proficiency.
• Pragmatic, hands‑on attitude with full ownership of finance operations.
