Head of Client Operations

About the role

Wellhub is looking for a Head of Client Operations to lead its Business Transformation team in São Paulo. You will own the regional client support function, ensuring high‑quality service and continuous improvement of the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Brazil‑based client operations, driving performance and operational quality.
• Identify, prevent, and resolve complex operational issues for strategic clients.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Convert client interactions and incidents into actionable improvement initiatives.
• Promote client insights across the organization to enhance product and process.
• Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with strategic clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and develop the support team to ensure a seamless client journey.

Required profile

• Willingness to work from the office in São Paulo when required.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily interaction with global stakeholders.
• Proven experience in operations, customer support, or related functions.
