Junior Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join a paid, fully‑remote AI training program serving Latin America. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges that help improve the performance of our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
