Junior Support Analyst – Tax Solutions

About the role

As the first point of contact for clients, you will diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical and functional issues related to tax systems while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer support by analyzing and solving functional and technical issues reported by clients.
• Handle client interactions via phone and ticketing systems, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Reproduce incidents in internal testing environments to validate and diagnose problems.
• Conduct follow‑up on support tickets to guarantee proper resolution and client satisfaction.
• Perform remote access sessions when needed to investigate root causes.
• Escalate validated incidents to development teams for correction.
• Document tickets accurately, including root‑cause identification and resolution tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and product stability.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of municipal, state, and federal tax concepts.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Analytical mindset and detail‑oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn tax‑related software solutions.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work across technical and functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of TAX One (considered a plus).
