Lead Auditor Investigator

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Auditor Investigator to head Sensitive Issue investigations across Latin America. The role focuses on potential financial misstatements, asset misappropriation, conflicts of interest, expense reporting irregularities, and violations of company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Sensitive Issue investigations throughout Brazil and Colombia, ensuring risk assessment, timeline, and budget control.
• Coordinate fieldwork, collaborate with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, compliance partners, and external providers.
• Prepare clear, well‑substantiated investigation reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Conduct compliance process reviews in areas such as anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, healthcare compliance, financial controls, and operational effectiveness.
• Support additional audit or special projects as required, contributing to the overall audit and assurance strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex investigations or audits in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with senior management, legal teams, and external parties.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and asset protection techniques.
• Familiarity with anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
