Marketing Project Manager

About the role

The Marketing Project Manager – Creative Services will lead low to medium‑complexity projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, driving project momentum and maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control, and report on project status, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines, scope, budget and resources.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating resources to meet deadlines.
• Update project systems with changes in specifications, status and costs.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress using appropriate technology.
• Identify risks, create contingency plans, and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate consistently with stakeholders and executives, providing regular updates.
• Build and nurture consultative relationships with both external and internal clients.
• Monitor budget performance and ensure projects stay within financial targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience managing creative projects (print, digital, social media, broadcast).
• Understanding of artwork and production lifecycles, including copywriting.
• Strong team player with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Mac operating systems.
• Knowledge of project management principles and software (e.g., PMP‑aligned tools).
• Familiarity with job‑tracking or project management systems.
