About the role

The Logistics Service Operator is responsible for a range of warehouse and transportation activities, including loading and unloading vehicles, organizing merchandise, collecting and delivering packages, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of equipment and storage areas.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles following specific instructions for handling and placement of goods.
• Arrange merchandise in the warehouse according to distribution routes and packaging guidelines.
• Collect packages from customer locations, ensuring proper loading, documentation, and customer signatures.
• Deliver packages to customers, organize volumes in client warehouses, and obtain delivery documentation.
• Report any losses or damages to the supervisor.
• Keep the warehouse and material‑handling equipment in good working order and maintain organization standards.

Required profile

• Elementary school diploma (basic education).
• No prior experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and good interpersonal relationships.
• Dynamic, creative, and able to work flexible hours.
