Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for an Operator to join our team in Sorocaba, Brazil. The role supports the production of power cables, accessories and composite components, working under continuous supervision and following strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in various stages of cable and accessory manufacturing processes.
• Verify equipment operation, monitor temperatures and perform measurements to ensure product quality.
• Control inventory levels, record production data and maintain documentation.
• Perform cleaning and hygiene tasks in the work area, adhering to established procedures.
• Apply and promote safety, health, quality and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Proactive attitude and initiative.
• Strong awareness of occupational safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Focus on quality and willingness to work rotating shifts.
