Project Consultant – São Paulo

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Project Consultant to lead the strategic portfolio of projects and programs within its protein and salt business. The role focuses on standardising data fields, establishing intake guidelines, and developing prioritisation criteria aligned with the enterprise strategy. You will provide visibility into the project portfolio, build dashboards, and ensure data quality while supporting stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements to project portfolio management processes.
• Integrate multiple technical applications and systems to collect and analyse project data.
• Create new data sets, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
• Guide the use of project processes, maintaining documentation, training content, and job aids.
• Analyse complex data to produce leading and lagging performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value through people, process, data, and technology improvements.
• Monitor field project execution, detect deviations, and design early‑warning risk identification systems.
• Benchmark mechanisation and irrigation technologies for cocoa farming and support field testing across cocoa, canola, palm, and sunflower crops.
• Consolidate testing protocols, ensure data quality, and prepare executive presentations on project progress.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead strategic project portfolios and drive standardisation initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and ensuring data consistency.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present insights.
• Capability to work independently on moderately complex issues while escalating higher‑complexity challenges.
