About the role

This senior-level position leads high‑impact digital transformation initiatives in Brazil, bridging strategy, technology and execution across multiple squads. You will orchestrate a portfolio of projects, align them with business OKRs, and drive measurable outcomes in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic portfolio execution, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and organizational OKRs.
• Govern timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery constraints across complex, multi‑team settings.
• Facilitate executive reporting and stakeholder communication, providing clear visibility on progress and milestones.
• Analyze portfolio performance using flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, CFD) to improve delivery efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement cycles (PDCA) and leverage data‑driven insights for operational predictability.
• Run scaled‑agile ceremonies such as PI planning, discovery sessions and delivery syncs.
• Assess agile maturity, define improvement roadmaps and ensure adherence to methodologies and governance standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in project or program management within complex, technology‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, strategic initiatives and align execution with business strategy and OKRs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with capability to manage risks, dependencies and cross‑team coordination.
