Qualitative Project Manager (Remote) – EU Hours

About the role

We are looking for a Qualitative Project Manager to lead and deliver qualitative research studies for our healthcare clients across the Nordics, Benelux, Austria and Switzerland. The position is fully remote and follows EU working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualitative projects from brief to delivery, overseeing client, partner and healthcare professional interactions.
• Facilitate screening, scheduling and confirmation of respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in‑person IDIs and online qualitative interviews.
• Act swiftly to replace no‑shows, follow up late respondents and distribute last‑minute materials.
• Set up and test surveys/screeners, monitor field statistics, manage respondent honoraria and handle project close‑out, auditing and invoicing in the designated technology platform.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, ensure clear understanding of specifications, timelines and responsibilities.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates and proactively identify fielding issues.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve challenges and improve study performance.
• Manage vendor relationships, both domestic and international, to secure timely deliverables.
• Track project costs to maintain profitability and mentor junior market‑research staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing qualitative (and optionally quantitative) research projects in the healthcare sector.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to field‑related concerns.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet EU‑based deadlines.
