Remote TypeScript Developer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a remote TypeScript Developer to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. The position is fully asynchronous, allowing you to work up to 40 hours per week based on project availability across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior to senior level).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work legally in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
