Senior Business Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Controller to partner with our industrial and operational teams. In this position you will translate financial data into actionable insights that guide strategic and day‑to‑day decisions across engineering, quality, maintenance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support business and operational decisions through detailed financial analysis and reporting.
• Participate in monthly closing, variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead cost‑reduction initiatives and monitor performance drivers.
• Conduct product costing studies, support R&D financials and develop business cases for strategic projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and alignment.

Required profile

• Senior professional with solid experience in financial planning, controlling and P&L management.
• Proven track record in industrial or manufacturing finance environments.
• Experience with product costing, product development finance or R&D financial support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
