Senior Finance Domain Expert – AI Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Domain Expert to evaluate AI‑generated outputs for complex financial workflows. You will work remotely with a US‑based AI technology company that builds specialized agents for tasks such as credit analysis, LBO modeling, and DCF calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI agent responses across realistic credit, risk, structured finance, private equity, and quant finance scenarios.
• Compare competing agent outputs and provide concise written reasoning on accuracy and appropriateness.
• Identify and flag errors, including miscalculations, hallucinated data, missing context, and unsuitable recommendations.
• Apply professional judgment to evaluate how agents handle ambiguity, push back, and surface insights.
• Contribute detailed feedback to improve evaluation benchmarks and agent performance.

Required profile

• 3–8+ years of hands‑on experience in credit, debt capital markets, private equity, risk modeling, quant finance, structured finance, asset‑backed securities, or asset‑based lending.
• Deep domain knowledge enabling immediate detection of incorrect or incomplete analyses.
• Strong written English with the ability to craft 2–4 sentence evaluations per task.
• High attention to detail and a rigorous standard for technical accuracy.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage time effectively in a fully asynchronous remote environment.
