Senior Supply Chain & Materials Planning Specialist (2-year fixed-term)

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain & Materials Planning Specialist will be responsible for ensuring product availability across multiple HUBs and warehouses in the CSA region. This fixed‑term position requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, global supply chain and local production teams to drive accurate demand forecasts and efficient inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Collect sales forecasts and create short‑term (up to three months) and medium‑term (up to one year) replenishment plans for HUBs and warehouses in the CSA region.
• Monitor sales, sample quantities and inventory levels, providing actionable insights to Sales and Supply Chain teams.
• Analyze inventory to determine import or local production needs, following Business Line guidelines.
• Serve as primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Global Supply Chain Management and Local Production to support decision‑making.
• Participate actively in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with analyses and recommendations.
• Align demand and supply execution plans with regional strategic guidelines and report on KPIs.
• Maintain master data in SAP, IBP and related tools, troubleshooting data issues.
• Coordinate inventory health activities, blocked stock disposition and risk escalation.
• Manage material expedites, allocation requests and support logistics for ocean shipments and other transport modes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management and supply chain execution.
• Strong analytical capability to monitor sales, inventory and generate insights.
• Ability to act as liaison among Sales, Marketing, Global Supply Chain and Local Production teams.
• Experience participating in S&OP processes and aligning plans with regional strategies.
• Competence in maintaining master data and resolving data issues in SAP and IBP.
