Senior Technical Partnerships Manager – Brazil

About the role

Join Distribusion, the leading ground‑transportation marketplace, as a Senior Technical Partnerships Manager for Brazil. You will work remotely and on‑site in Brazil, driving technical integration and growth of key carrier and retail partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation to new partners during product implementation, ensuring certification standards are met.
• Define and execute commercial and technical growth initiatives, coordinating with product, business development, finance and engineering teams.
• Design and implement operational processes and tooling to automate partner onboarding and management.
• Build and nurture relationships with transport operators, guiding product development to increase platform stickiness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as consulting, product or partnership teams in start‑ups.
• Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Strong commercial acumen combined with technical understanding.
• Excellent data‑analysis capabilities to derive insights for business decisions.
• Proven cross‑functional project‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
