Social Media Manager – Instagram for Premium NYC Restaurants

About the role

Host Hospitality is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead Instagram strategy for a portfolio of premium New York City restaurants. Based in São Paulo, you will work closely with the co‑founder and CCO to translate high‑level creative direction into daily content that drives growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build a monthly Instagram strategy for each client based on creative briefs.
• Develop and manage a full‑month content calendar, ensuring zero gaps in publishing.
• Write captions in each brand’s distinct voice, platform‑native and approved before scheduling.
• Schedule and publish posts across all accounts, maintaining consistent feed cohesion.
• Curate and present content inspirations for monthly strategy submissions.
• Deliver a monthly growth report with KPIs, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Track reach, engagement, and follower growth, surfacing data‑informed insights.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience managing Instagram for a brand or agency.
• Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading) with availability aligned to NYC Eastern Time.
• Hybrid work arrangement (1‑2 in‑person meetings per week).
• Contractor (PJ) employment type.
