About the role

Caylent, a global cloud‑native services firm, is looking for a Talent Recruiter to join its fast‑growing Talent Acquisition team. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for AWS‑focused roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers while driving hiring efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical cloud positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and align on team needs.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to refine search tactics and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct screening calls, evaluate technical skills and cultural fit, and guide candidates through interview stages.
• Lead compensation negotiations and closing discussions.
• Track, analyze, and report on hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill and pipeline health.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS for proactive outreach and candidate management.
• Represent Caylent’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, focusing on customer‑facing cloud experts (engineers, architects, developers, project managers, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing full‑cycle hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Strong understanding of technology roles, especially within cloud computing and AWS.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
