About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive top‑of‑funnel growth in Brazil. You will identify and engage potential B2B clients, build relationships with decision‑makers, and generate qualified meetings for the sales team in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct active outbound prospecting to engage potential B2B clients across relevant industries.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, timing, business fit, and complexity.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and hand over high‑quality opportunities to the sales team.
  • Research markets, industries, and events to uncover new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems.
  • Execute structured follow‑up cadences via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Support the creation of target account lists and contribute to commercial intelligence.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, pre‑sales, or business development.
  • Hands‑on experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
  • Experience using multi‑channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
  • Strong track record of generating qualified meetings and meeting KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
