About the role
The Uber for Business team is looking for a senior Enterprise Growth Account Executive to shape and execute growth strategies for our most strategic enterprise partners in Brazil. This role blends deep data analytics, complex sales cycles, and innovative project leadership to become a trusted business advisor to C‑suite executives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead 18‑24 month transformation roadmaps that define how clients embed Uber into their core operations.
- Utilize advanced data modeling to uncover operational inefficiencies and translate insights into multi‑million‑dollar expansion cases.
- Lead high‑friction negotiations with legal, procurement and global stakeholders to secure long‑term contractual frameworks.
- Design and pilot bespoke product integrations, acting as the bridge between client needs and Uber’s product and engineering teams.
- Establish trusted‑advisor relationships with CXOs and senior VPs, navigating complex organizational politics.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management in Salesforce, delivering accurate forecasts and executive‑level account health reports.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B strategic sales or enterprise account management experience in a high‑growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing high‑ACV deals and multi‑threaded decision‑making processes.
- Exceptional analytical ability to use data insights to challenge client status‑quo and drive ROI‑based selling.
- Highly organized with strong structured‑thinking skills to manage multiple high‑priority projects.
- Creative problem‑solver who can devise unconventional adoption strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership capability without formal authority.
