About the role
ROHA is seeking an Account Manager to join its sales team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business and strengthening relationships with customers in the plastics, inks and coating sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet defined targets.
- Identify and promote ROHA products to industries that use dyes and pigments.
- Conduct customer site visits to understand needs, promote sales and gather market intelligence.
- Generate new leads through phone calls, exhibitions and research databases.
- Close deals, prepare sales budgets and manage quotations, sample requests and projects using the in‑house CRM system.
- Benchmark competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in industry exhibitions and represent the company.
- Diagnose customer complaints, propose solutions and follow up critical debtors.
- Collaborate daily with internal departments and provide weekly/monthly sales reports.
Required profile
- Experience in the plastics, inks or coating industries.
- Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage key accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
