Haitian Creole Language Specialist – AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Haitian Creole language specialist to help train large‑scale AI models. You will work remotely, interacting with the model in Haitian Creole, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy, and documenting any shortcomings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in conversational sessions with the AI across diverse topics in Haitian Creole.
• Validate grammar, orthography, idiomatic expressions, and cultural references.
• Capture reproducible error traces and failure modes.
• Provide feedback to improve prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Haitian Creole Language, Literature, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work.
• Ability to communicate metacognitively, showing reasoning steps.
