National Sales Director – Brazil

About the role
We are investing heavily in Brazil to accelerate brand growth, product localisation and sales network expansion. As National Sales Director – Brazil you will lead the market strategy, sales planning and channel development, driving rapid product coverage across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy, channel plan and annual business objectives for Brazil.
- Lead product localisation initiatives to adapt offerings to Brazilian market needs.
- Identify, negotiate with and onboard national distributors and strategic partners, managing relationships and performance.
- Drive brand‑building activities including marketing campaigns, PR events, digital outreach, product demonstrations and technical trainings.
- Collaborate with product, R&D and marketing teams to share market insights and support product development.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and regulatory changes, preparing regular market reports and forecasts for headquarters.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of sales management experience in the baking ingredients industry, preferably with non‑dairy whipping toppings, within the Brazilian market.
- Established network of national distributors and key customers, capable of rapid execution.
- Strong understanding of bakery products and bakery operations.
- Proven strategic thinking, negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Resilient under pressure and willing to travel frequently.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for data analysis, reporting and presentation.
