About the role
RUCKUS Networks is seeking a Territory Account Manager to expand its presence across Brazil. You will work closely with the sales team and channel partners to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and deepen relationships with existing accounts in a fast‑growing networking market.
Key responsibilities
- Establish, manage, and grow RUCKUS presence within existing and new customers in a defined Brazilian territory.
- Generate incremental revenue by leading sales initiatives and executing marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and business activity reports to sales management.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Planning sessions with internal teams and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped market segments.
- Develop account plans for large, strategic accounts to secure recurring business.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of in‑person sales experience selling Wi‑Fi, LAN enterprise‑grade, and AI‑driven platforms.
- Strong planning, follow‑up, and communication skills across matrix organizations.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Proficient English and willingness to travel for face‑to‑face meetings.
- Experience using MS Office and CRM tools for daily activity management.
