AI Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Infosys Brazil is looking for an experienced AI Senior Software Engineer to join its AI Delivery team in Sao Paulo. You will design, build and operate AI‑driven, cloud‑native systems that serve thousands of users and process high‑volume transactions in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI‑driven micro‑service architectures.
• Implement real‑time data pipelines and AI agents using open‑source frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Integrate messaging, caching, and search technologies (e.g., Redis, Elasticsearch) into production systems.
• Ensure observability through logging, distributed tracing, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with global teams on both national and international projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 5 years in a software architect role, designing large‑scale distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience with backend development in Python, Java, Node.js or PySpark.
• Proven ability to build AI agents with frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Strong knowledge of micro‑service patterns (REST, gRPC, event‑driven) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
