Project Coordinator – Localization

About the role

The Project Coordinator will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of language projects, ensuring timely and high‑quality outcomes for our global clients. This role operates in a fast‑moving environment, requiring close collaboration with sales, vendors, and translation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle of multiple localization projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coordinate all project phases and forecast timelines for each stage.
• Liaise with sales teams to clarify project parameters.
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with external vendors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide.
• Monitor project status and control progress.
• Oversee project finances, including budgeting and cost tracking.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks at various stages to guarantee accuracy.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
• University degree, preferably in linguistics or translation.
• At least one year of professional experience in a similar corporate role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Independent and capable of handling assigned tasks autonomously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills
