Communication Analyst – Compliance & Partner Communications

About the role

Amazon's Last Mile logistics operation in Brazil is expanding rapidly. The Compliance & Communications team seeks a Communication Analyst to manage all partner communications, ensuring messages are clear, well‑formatted, and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and format communications following established templates, tone, and visual guidelines.
• Support the editorial calendar by tracking upcoming sends, deadlines, and content status across channels.
• Publish approved content on official partner channels and verify accuracy before distribution.
• Facilitate the approval workflow, routing content through legal, compliance, and operations teams and flagging delays.
• Collect engagement metrics (open rates, click‑through rates, satisfaction scores) and prepare dashboards and reports.
• Maintain organized records of communications, approval logs, and related documentation.
• Gather partner feedback from surveys and direct channels to inform content improvements.
• Assist in planning and executing partner engagement events, handling logistics, attendee management, and post‑event recaps.
• Prepare internal meeting recaps, status updates, and key announcements to ensure team alignment.

Required profile

• Strong writing ability in Brazilian Portuguese with excellent attention to detail.
• Interest in corporate communications within a fast‑growing logistics environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
