Global IT Applications & TSA Exit Lead

About the role

The Global IT Applications & TSA Exit Lead is responsible for establishing and leading the global IT application ownership model for Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and related edge applications during TSA operations and post‑TSA transition. The role oversees the application portfolio, technology strategy, governance, vendor management and budget while ensuring operational continuity and building the future Bosch operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global IT application strategy and future‑state ownership model for Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Lead TSA exit planning, transition execution and post‑TSA service stabilization across global, regional and local teams.
• Coordinate with business owners, local IT leaders, infrastructure, cybersecurity and vendors to ensure readiness, testing, cut‑over and hyper‑care.
• Maintain stability of critical applications during TSA, managing incidents, vendor performance and service governance.
• Drive application standardisation, modernisation, technical debt reduction and integration of AI or automation opportunities.
• Own budget planning, vendor governance and cost transparency for the application portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Significant IT experience in global application leadership, preferably in manufacturing, engineering or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven experience with TSA, carve‑out, merger or large‑scale IT transition programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage global teams, vendors, budgets and cross‑functional stakeholders.
