Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (B2B SaaS)

About the role

Eazybe, an Indian SaaS company integrating WhatsApp with HubSpot, is expanding into Spanish‑speaking markets. We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative who will own outbound prospecting and help generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect decision‑makers at companies with 100+ employees using HubSpot and tools such as Apollo.io and Lusha.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach, including cold calls via VOIP, personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and WhatsApp.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule demos or meetings for senior sales staff.
• Log all activities and keep lead information up‑to‑date in HubSpot.
• Gather market insights from the Spanish‑speaking region and provide feedback to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead qualification, preferably as an SDR or inside‑sales representative.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working remotely.
