Technical and Commercial Assistant – Curitiba

About the role

The role provides technical support to customers, ensuring the correct use of automotive repainting systems from the Glasurit and Baslac product lines, driving productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, activate and monitor paint systems in automotive repainting workshops.
• Deliver technical training on products, application processes and best practices for Glasurit and Baslac lines.
• Conduct periodic technical visits to assess customer performance.
• Provide technical assistance for surface preparation, application, drying, finishing and color matching.
• Prepare technical visit reports and define action plans for customer follow‑up.
• Support the development of new customers and the set‑up of new workshops.
• Assist commercial teams with technical demonstrations and product presentations.
• Track consumption, productivity and quality indicators of painting processes.
• Ensure proper use of colour‑management and formulation software.
• Act as a knowledge multiplier by delivering internal and external training when needed.

Required profile

• Completed higher education or technical degree in a field related to the role.
• Residence in the Curitiba region.
